Is there an additional Cost for administering Medication?

No. This is our pleasure to ensure your dog receives the medication required.

How Do I make payment?

We take Direct Credit, which needs to be paid in full 7 days prior to your dogs arrival.

Do I get a Discount for extended stays?

Unfortunately, we are unable to discount longer stays due to limited availability.

Will I be charged for cancelling or reducing the length of my booking?

Yes. You will be charged in full if your cancellation is within 72 hours prior to your drop off time arranged.

Is there more costs for exercising my dog?

No. Every dog that stays with us, gets to enjoy life - this is part of their daily care.

When will I find out if my booking is confirmed?

We review every booking request to ensure we are able to accommodate, the dates requested. We will be in touch to confirm your booking.
